What is a Swapathon?

It's like a hackathon but with a twist! :)

Team members from existing squads will be splitting up and going into newly formed teams. For the next 2 days the new teams will work together and collaborate in order to deliver pre-selected stories that have been refined by the Product Owners, Product Managers and Business Analysts. On the third day the finalized submissions will be presented in front of a judging panel. Finally, once the judging period is done we will then play a game and announce the winner team of the event!

During the 3 days there will be special guest presenters that will provide insightful presentations which can be found on the agenda.
